Our Story
Happy Tails Pet Care was born in 2019 when founder Sarah Mitchell noticed her Springfield neighborhood lacked a truly personal dog care service.
What started as walking a few neighbors' dogs quickly grew into a full-service operation as word spread about Sarah's gentle approach and genuine love for every pup.
Today our team of five certified handlers serves over sixty families across Springfield, offering walks, grooming, overnight stays, and puppy socialization.
We believe every dog deserves individual attention, so we keep our client list small and our care standards high.
